About John Contreras
John has spent over twenty three years as a trainer and a writer in high tech fields
including the US Navy, electronic manufacturing and health care software. From a
young age he has also actively pursued a parallel path of spiritual growth and
enlightenment, creating a unique perspective on spiritual living in this ever evolving
technological age. Throughout life, John has enjoyed speaking to others and has
deep experience in a variety of settings including seminars, speeches, master of
ceremonies and more. His first book, Gathering Joy was published in 2004 and the
second, Awakening Your Personal Power, is at the publisher and due to be released
in the spring of 2009. Seminars are available based on either of these books and a
variety of other topics.

John is an experienced and very entertaining public speaker who can tailor an
inspiring keynote address or other motivational speech to fit your event or organization.
Small Business Entrepreneur
Over the years john has also successfully operated several small businesses, both
